Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing your order, we will send you an email confirming our receipt. We will also notify you when your order ships. Because items are packed pre-assembled, items ordered together will be shipped separately in their own packaging materials. Please allow between 2-3 weeks for construction of your bed. Please add another week for UPS Ground to deliver your package.
Please be sure that someone will be able to accept delivery at your shipping address during normal UPS delivery hours. Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the return is a result of our error. Additional shipping charges may apply if we need to reship a package that is returned to us due to delivery problems. Refused shipments (due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses) will be charged to your account for accrued returned shipping fees, if any.
Return Policy
Because Pawsitively Modern custom-makes each item, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged product, you may return the item in its original condition within 7 days of receipt and we will repair said damage. "Damaged product" only covers flaws in original workmanship. Said damage must be noted with carrier and Pawsitively Modern at time of delivery. Please contact us before beginning this process. Please take into consideration your dog's age and behavior when ordering.
Things to know:
* Shipment refusal for reasons other than damage, defect or mis-shipment may result in a 25% restocking fee.
* We cannot accept returns for merchandise damaged by pets.
* Please note that returned cushions must be in unused, new condition with original packaging and must be received within 7 days of delivery date. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.

At Pawsitively Modern, we respect your privacy. We will only use the information provided to process your order and inform you of upcoming news regarding our products. We will never share your personal information with a third party. All information is protected by industry standard SSL via the PayPal secure web site.
Limitation of Liability
The web site and its contents are provided "as is," without warranty or condition of any kind, either express or implied. Pawsitively Modern is not liable for any damages arising from the operation, content or use of the web site or its products. Pawsitively Modern products are guaranteed against defects upon receipt. As stated above, because the pieces are custom-made to order, your purchase is final (no exchanges or refunds). The maximum liability Pawsitively Modern shall ever incur shall be the original price paid for the product ordered.
